Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserves Network Inc. This role involves a variety of maintenance tasks that require technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on building structures and production conveyor lines, including caulking windows and doors and repairing/replacing broken windows.
  • Execute routine plumbing repairs, such as unstopping toilets, sinks, or urinals, and fixing water leaks and leaking faucets.
  • Handle routine electrical repairs, including changing light bulbs, fluorescent lamps, and assisting in repairing ballast and light fixtures.
  • Purchase supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete maintenance projects.
  • Repair and replace doorknobs, locks, door closures, and patch holes in walls.
  • Paint interior and exterior walls as needed.
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols consistently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist or perform tasks assigned by management to support business needs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
  • Familiarity with trades related to building maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Physical capability to move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strict adherence to policies prohibiting the use of cellular devices, jewelry, and other objects that could fall into blending equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, punctuality, and responsibility.
  • Ability to follow instructions and pre-established guidelines.
