Key Responsibilities- Manufacturing Operations: Perform hand soldering, manual assembly, setup, and operation of semi-automatic and automated assembly equipment and tools.
- Quality Control: Inspect component parts prior to assembly and reject defective parts.
- Process Improvement: Identify and highlight problems in the operation process or with components and communicate them to the team leader.
- Training and Development: Demonstrate work methods to new employees and participate in training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
- Education: High School or equivalent (Basic numeracy and Literacy).
- Experience: Two to Four years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: Must possess specific certifications as defined by site operations.
The duties of this position are performed in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to elements such as noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, etc. The position requires periodic light physical effort and exertion, including prolonged repetitive motions requiring manual dexterity and precise hand/eye coordination.
