Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Protection Inspector to join our team at Liberty. As an Asset Protection Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the protection and assurance of our assets and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Damage Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into damage to our assets and infrastructure.
- Large Projects: Coordinate and oversee large projects to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- On-site Inspection: Conduct on-site inspections to ensure that third-party excavators are operating safely and in compliance with company procedures.
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to utility technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform mark-outs and other tasks.
- Leak Survey and Monitoring: Conduct regular leak surveys and monitoring to identify and address any potential issues.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all field activities.
- Technical Resource: Serve as a technical resource for junior department personnel.
- Incident Investigations: Lead and conduct investigations into reported incidents and record incident investigation reports.
- Education: High School or GED Equivalent
- Experience: 3+ years of gas distribution or related industry experience in inspection and/or compliance
