We are seeking a skilled Clinical Program Coordinator RN to join our team at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. As a Clinical Program Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in the Cath Lab department, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and compile clinical data for cardiac patients, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies.

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • California Registered Nurse License.
  • Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 2 years - acute care treatment of cardiac patients.
  • Experience in the collection, documentation, and interpretation of written medical information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in care of interventional cardiology patients.
