As a Sr. Search Consultant, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients to understand their unique needs and find the best physician candidates for their open searches.

The Sr. Search Consultant role offers a dynamic and interactive sales and recruiting opportunity, requiring high energy, competitiveness, and a drive to succeed. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with candidates and clients via phone, email, video call, and/or text, compiling and providing verbal and written confirmations of information.
  • Match physicians with healthcare facilities based on qualifications, culture fit, and other essential factors.
  • Resolve client issues creatively, analyzing data and evaluating innovative solutions.
  • Assist provider candidates with booking travel arrangements as needed.
  • Collaborate with clients to create effective onsite interview itineraries.
  • Gather, analyze, interpret, and present relevant data to clients to inform their decision-making.
  • Maintain personal productivity goals and metrics.
  • Contact providers to proactively source viable candidates.
  • Conduct thorough screenings of candidates with attention to detail and prompt follow-up.
  • Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity.
  • Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates.
  • Create effective job advertisements for open opportunities and update them regularly.
  • Meet with clients in person at their facility to solicit and compile information regarding search(es) for personal clients and team members' clients.
  • Negotiate and close employment offers to provider candidates on behalf of clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of successful sales or recruiting experience; more experienced candidates welcome.
  • 3+ years of healthcare and/or staffing industry experience required.
  • Stable employment history with verifiable references.
