Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $48,880-$52,000, commensurate with experience. Job Responsibilities

This role will support the mission of Mile High United Way's United for Business (UFB) program by coordinating business consulting services, building partnerships with community and municipal partners, past and current business clients, volunteers, and resource providers.

  • Provide coordination and assistance to the UFB team.
  • Support the matching of business clients with skill-based volunteers.
  • Engage and serve a targeted volume of small businesses in under-resourced communities, focusing on minority and women-owned businesses.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • PREFERRED: Degree in Business, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of work experience as a program coordinator or related field.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications

This position requires:

  • Bilingual Preferred: English required with preferred secondary language of Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, or Amharic.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Working Environment

This role will involve working in a typical office environment (40%), client settings or targeted markets (20%), and from home (40%). Ability to provide personal transportation is required.
