Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Facilities Operations Specialist to join our team at Apple. This role will be responsible for maintaining and operating key infrastructure systems in a variety of locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate electrical and mechanical systems in critical environments
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on infrastructure systems
  • Inspect and lead important equipment on a regular basis
  • Respond rapidly to emergency situations and work with other essential facility workers to make necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in a critical environment
  • Working knowledge of electrical, life safety systems, and NFPA70e and OSHA laws
  • Ability to work efficiently and autonomously with little supervision
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Ability to lift goods weighing up to 50-75 pounds and scale ladders of varying heights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Electrical graduate of the apprentice program or trade school
  • Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and MAC
  • Knowledgeable in energy management systems and building system operations, maintenance, and repair
  • Data Center environments, controls, power generation, UPS, STS, ATS, batteries, critical facilities, troubleshooting, Electrical systems, electrical codes, Generators, and motors
