Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Datacenter Technician II to join our team at netPolarity, Inc. (Saicon Consultants, Inc.).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain datacenter infrastructure, including server racks, switches, routers, and servers.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including single mode fiber, active optical cables, and datacenter switches.
  • Ensure proper cabling and labeling of datacenter equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage workloads.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of scripting and configuration management tools, such as Salt Stack or Ansible.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in datacenter installation and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of datacenter infrastructure, including server racks, switches, routers, and servers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
