Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Private Advisor team within the Rockefeller Global Family Office as a Client Services Specialist. This role is pivotal in fostering relationships with high-net-worth clients and supporting our Private Advisor team.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties:
  • Facilitate account opening and maintenance by preparing necessary documentation for client signatures and ensuring completion and approval.
  • Complete investment subscription forms and verify funding status.
  • Address account activity and client inquiries across various custodians, including requests related to money movement, trading, and tax documentation.
  • Assist clients with online access to their accounts.
Investment Support:
  • Prepare materials for client meetings, including investment reports and agendas.
  • Upload monthly account reports to designated client portals.
  • Attend and document internal and external manager calls, sharing insights with the team.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Coordinate outreach for client meetings.
  • Organize pre-meetings with the Rockefeller Capital Management team to ensure thorough preparation.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute action items as necessary.
  • Manage team communications, including market updates, client events, and holiday greetings; maintain communication lists for marketing and events.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in client service within the financial sector or a related field is preferred.
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses are strongly preferred; candidates should be willing to obtain them if not already held.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
Skills
  • Exceptional client-facing and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with eMoney financial planning software is a plus.
