Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison to high-net-worth clients, including financial advisors, premium retail customers, financial institutions, and hedge funds, providing solutions to inquiries while adhering to all policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Manage complex problems with a focus on wide-scale service issues, utilizing core competencies in trade-related issues, trade and margin analysis, account management, and funding, as well as product and exchange knowledge.
  • Coordinate with various departments, such as technical operations and programming, to analyze and escalate issues appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. The candidate must possess general market knowledge in futures, options, and equities markets.
  • Experience: Recent graduates or 3 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably with client services background.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Computer Skills: Working knowledge of PC technologies, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases. Programming and/or UNIX experience is a plus.
  • Registrations: IBG LLC will sponsor FINRA Series 7 registration.
