Job Description
As a Receptionist at Kingston Healthcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care and service. This includes greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming calls, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, residents, and staff
• Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing paperwork
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office)
