About the Position

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Support Specialist to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate patient appointments and schedule procedures
  • Communicate with patients and physicians regarding test results and other clinical information
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and families

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ year experience in healthcare administration or related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge and Microsoft Office proficiency

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, based on experience.
