Job Overview:

The Electronic Banking Support Associate plays a vital role in assisting with various Digital Banking operations within the Electronic Banking Department. This position is essential for ensuring seamless processing and support of digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the processing of new consumer online banking registrations and maintenance requests.
  • Manage bill pay registrations and updates, ensuring all necessary approvals are secured.
  • Handle cases related to bill pay and People Pay disputes in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the setup and maintenance of business and consumer digital banking accounts.
  • Generate and submit daily settlement requests for digital banking services.
  • Review mobile banking deposit exceptions and process reconciliations for various accounts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues for both internal and external clients.
  • Conduct various month-end tasks, including reconciliations and reporting.
  • Engage in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess a two-year post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A background in customer service, banking operations, or digital banking products is essential.

Skills and Knowledge:

Applicants should demonstrate a strong understanding of financial institutions and electronic payment processing, along with knowledge of relevant digital payment regulations.

The hiring salary range reflects targeted base compensation, which will be determined based on the candidate's experience and education. In addition to base salary, eligible positions may participate in an annual bonus program and other incentives.
