Job Summary

Caliber Collision Centers has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform a variety of duties, including:

  • Writing detailed estimates
  • Conducting process reviews
  • Checking in customer vehicles
  • Completing final customer paperwork
  • Finalizing total loss administration
  • Providing post-repair plan communication

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license and eligibility for company insurance
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • A Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently perform physical activities, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • Have an advanced understanding of the repair process and procedures
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to understand instructions
  • Prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
