**Job Summary:**

The Body Repair Specialist is a full-time position at Morris Ford, responsible for performing repairs and maintenance of vehicle bodies and collision repairs to ensure the highest quality and customer satisfaction. This individual contributor role works with other members of the team to meet safety and timetable requirements.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

This position offers a competitive rate of $16 - $35 per hour, paid weekly. The position is eligible for competitive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, paid vacation and sick time, and other incentive bonuses.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repairs
  • Perform repairs to vehicle bodies and frame, including denting, straightening, welding, and patching
  • Identify and maintain accurate records of work completed
  • Inspect vehicles for proper safety and performance
  • Accurately follow repair procedures and record the repair process
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in factory training to stay up-to-date on new vehicles and technologies

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid state driver's license
  • 1+ years of professional body repair experience
  • Knowledgeable in electrical/mechanical systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
