The Sales Associate is a key member of our retail team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist customers with their shopping needs, providing product information and answering questions.
  2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our KCX cash register system.
  3. Restock and face merchandise on shelves as requested by store management.
  4. Assist with receiving freight and organizing incoming products.
  5. Participate in cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels.
  6. Answer incoming telephone calls and handle customer inquiries.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Knowledge of firearms and FFL procedures is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Working Conditions:

The Sales Associate will work in a retail store environment, with frequent exposure to cold and warm temperatures. Irregular work schedules may be required.
