About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Expert to join our team at Target. As a Human Resources Expert, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our store leaders and teams, ensuring that our workforce is equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business results and improve employee engagement
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to store leaders and employees to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with store leaders to identify and address talent and staffing needs
  • Recruit and hire top talent to join our team
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
  • Provide HR support and guidance to store leaders and employees on HR-related matters
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and training and development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
