Soliant is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school-based setting near Dallas, TX. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students, utilizing evidence-based practices and diagnostic tools.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each student, incorporating a range of therapeutic approaches and strategies.
- Provide SLP services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure seamless support.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform instruction and drive student outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that promote communication skills and literacy, contributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech and Language Pathology.
- Active SLP License.
