Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Administrator to join our team at CyberTec. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of our PeopleSoft financial systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and troubleshoot critical PeopleSoft financial batch applications and integrations.
  • Monitor and enhance the Core-CT PeopleSoft ERP finance system and supporting processes, integrations, and production activities.
  • Collaborate with the Core-CT team and selected integration partners in support of the Core-CT modernization project and transition to cloud-based architecture.
  • Assess existing tools, practices, and procedures and make recommendations and adjustments to facilitate cloud-based functionality.
  • Coordinate with PeopleSoft administrators and database administrators for application updates and enhancements, establishment of environments needed for testing and development associated with the Core-CT modernization project.
  • Provide expertise and advice to IT development staff for PeopleSoft finance code enhancements and modifications.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and adjust production schedules for Core-CT PeopleSoft finance applications.
  • Monitor batch applications, perform issue analysis, and coordinate issue resolutions.
  • Monitor interfaces and exchanges, perform issue analysis, and coordinate issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years' experience in financial systems administration.
  • Expertise in PeopleSoft financial systems and cloud-based architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
