Supply Chain Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team at Bob's Discount Furniture. This role will be responsible for the preparation and auditing of Carrier Invoicing, including submission to Accounts Payable for review.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain professional relationships with carrier/service providers, acting as a representative of the organization to collect information.
- Analyze and report on data to provide insight on company performance and financial status.
- Responsible for Systems Administration including updates for new markets, changes in hierarchy or delivery carrier/service providers.
- Simplify processes or create necessary reporting to increase visibility, reduce costs, and drive network efficiencies.
- Consistently seeks ways to improve supply chain operations, including evaluating approaches, processes, tools, and technology.
- Maintain records across various tools and systems and participate in multiple simultaneous projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 5-10 years of previous related experience.
- Highly proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel a must.
- Experience with SAP and Power BI preferred.
- Experience with financial analysis concepts.
- Process improvement skills.
- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized.
