The Curriculum Specialist for Title I-A Funding plays a pivotal role in providing guidance within the educational sector. This position involves collaborating with fellow specialists to recommend scientifically-based strategies, methodologies, and practices, particularly for schools identified as Stage One and above under AYP/School Improvement. The objective is to ensure that the curriculum adheres to local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
In this capacity, the Curriculum Specialist will coordinate activities within this division, aligning them with instructional and administrative services in accordance with Board Policy and relevant statutes. The ultimate goal is to support efforts aimed at reducing retention rates and enhancing graduation rates.
