Job Opportunity:

• Lead a team of experienced plumbers and service technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in plumbing service management, with a strong track record of success.
• Journeymans license and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships and driving business growth.
