Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to champion our clients in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement sales protocols and procedures to drive conversion rates and improve sales interactions
  • Collaborate with account management teams to leverage best practices and emerging technology to enhance sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and facilities to drive business growth
  • Train and develop associate territory managers to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Assist in staff management and hiring to ensure optimal team performance
  • Contribute to brand awareness and social media presence through collaboration with the marketing department
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the laboratory/diagnostics space
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • A "What Else Can I Do" attitude towards territory and accountability
