Job Title: Licensed Behavioral Consultant

Mentor Behavioral Health, a part of the Sevita family, provides Early Intervention, Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and Behavioral Health services to children, individuals and families. Our mission is to help children of all abilities thrive.

About the Role

We are seeking a Licensed Behavioral Consultant to join our team. As a Licensed Behavioral Consultant, you will drive the treatment: identify goals and interventions to be utilized, complete assessments and make recommendations for each child's care.

Responsibilities
  • Design treatment plans and behavioral interventions by gathering and analyzing data
  • Function as the Lead member of the Multidisciplinary Treatment Team
  • Consult with parents and other team members regularly and provide therapeutic programming materials
  • Maintain appropriate and timely communication with family, MENTOR/Sevita and agencies responsible for youth's treatment, welfare, and/or disposition
  • Complete all documentation including treatment planning, progress notes, monthly reviews, and periodic assessments maintaining compliance with the policies and procedures of the program
  • Actively participate in planning aftercare and discharge services
  • Attend peer review
  • Other duties as outlined in contract
Requirements

One of the following requirements must be met:

  • LPC - Licensed Professional Counselor
  • LSW - Licensed Social Worker
  • LCSW - Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • BSL - Behavior Specialist License
  • LMFT - Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
