Job Title: Senior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our team at NRTC. As a Senior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing creative projects, with a focus on brand development for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creative process from concept through completion, driving innovation and delivering high-quality visual work.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.
  • Assist Design Director in process development and provide guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Develop and execute brand strategies, including brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Manage complex projects, including project planning, budgeting, and timeline management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of industry experience in brand development, with a focus on visual design and creative direction.
  • Expertise in graphic layout and illustration applications, including Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and composition.
