Job Description

A Real Estate Agent plays a vital role in facilitating smooth real estate transactions. With a dynamic industry that's constantly evolving, we're seeking a creative and enthusiastic individual who can provide exceptional client experiences.

This entry-level position requires no prior real estate experience. We'll provide comprehensive training and resources to equip you with the necessary skills to succeed as a successful agent. As a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment, you'll have the flexibility to manage your time effectively and build a strong client base.

Real Estate Professionals earn a competitive income based on a percentage of the sale price. With dedication and hard work, you can achieve a salary range of $40,000 to $80,000 or more per year, closing over 9 transactions annually. The more you invest in establishing a loyal client base, the higher your earning potential.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain one before being officially hired. To earn a license, you'll need to complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Help clients price their properties effectively and make them marketable.
  • Network with other real estate professionals to increase awareness of properties and close transactions.
  • Research local real estate markets and stay up-to-date on home value trends.
  • Consult with clients, addressing their questions and concerns before, during, and after transactions.
  • Facilitate communication and negotiations between home sellers and purchasers.
  • Develop innovative marketing strategies to ensure prompt home sales.
