Job Description

A Residential Real Estate Agent plays a crucial role in facilitating housing transactions within their community. As a front-line player, they will be responsible for guiding customers through the intricacies of the home sale and purchase process.

With a high level of autonomy, this career field requires individuals who are opportunistic, proactive, and driven. Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete based on a percentage of the sale price, making it a lucrative career for those who are achievement-focused and independent.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, it is necessary to obtain one before being hired. To earn a real estate license, individuals must complete real estate classes and pass a state licensing exam. Our recruiting team will provide additional details on the real estate licensing process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Network with other real estate professionals to market home listings.
  • Stay updated on the local real estate market to be aware of current home listings and sales.
  • Communicate effectively with clients on a regular basis and answer their questions.
  • Represent clients during real estate negotiations and transactions.
  • Show a desire to forge connections, build trust, and manage long-term relationships with individuals.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases.
