Job Title: Front Desk Host

At Dollywood Parks & Resorts, we strive to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. As a Front Desk Host, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay with us.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front desk duties, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Register guests in and out of the conference center/resort, handling any billing questions or inquiries.
  • Utilize customer service skills to resolve guest-related problems within the scope of authority.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls and in-house calls, taking messages as required and delivering accordingly.
  • Maintain the front lobby area, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness at all times.
  • Coordinate guest recreation as needed, assisting Conference Planning staff as required.
  • Maintain accurate daily event information and post event sheets.
  • Maintain a supply of informational brochures, flyers, and maps.
  • Stay up-to-date on events in the area, points of interest, and services available.
Requirements:
  • Basic computer knowledge and usage preferred.
  • At least six (6) months of directly related front desk experience required.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment strongly preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
