Position Overview:The Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with identifying qualified candidates to fill vacancies across the company.
This role encompasses full responsibility for all facets of the recruitment process, including developing recruitment strategies, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending job offers, overseeing the onboarding process, managing the recruitment module in the HRIS, tracking essential metrics, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
What We Provide:
$50k-$55k/year
Weekly compensation via direct deposit

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to establish a recruitment strategy for open roles within the organization
- Identify, propose, and implement innovative recruiting techniques to attract candidates
- Create and disseminate materials to draw in candidates, including job postings, social media content, and flyers
- Evaluate and interview candidates through various formats, including phone, online, and in-person
- Arrange and coordinate follow-up interviews with management
- Monitor the recruitment budget and provide recommendations to maintain budgetary compliance
- Partner with external vendors to ensure the most effective and economical recruiting tools are utilized
- Suggest and execute ideas for improved process efficiency
- Extend verbal offers and send electronic offer letters
- Facilitate, track, and manage the complete onboarding process
- Maintain and utilize our ADP recruitment module database
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of three years in a high-volume recruitment role, filling positions at various levels within a company
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines with a sense of urgency
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Strong analytical skills, including reporting and data interpretation
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to build strong relationships
- Effective verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to groups
- Strong written communication skills, including drafting job postings and descriptions

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week.
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but some evening hours may be necessary due to the nature of the role.
