We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team as a Clinical Lead. This exciting opportunity will allow you to shape our services, contribute to building a strong team culture, and develop innovative programming.

About the Role

This is an ideal position for a dedicated professional who is passionate about advancing their clinical skills and committed to ethical practices. As a Clinical Lead BCBA, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting initial assessments and creating individualized treatment plans based on client needs
  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing ABA programs with fidelity and effectiveness
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Maintaining open communication with families and caregivers
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and experience in various techniques and interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
