Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide spiritual guidance and support to patients, families, and staff within a hospital setting.
  2. Design and execute spiritual care programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of patients and their loved ones.
  3. Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects.
  4. Document patient interactions and submit reports as needed.

Education and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Theology, Pastoral Care, Counseling, or related field.
  • Prior experience as a chaplain or in a related role; CPE certification beneficial.
  • Recognition by a faith group, if applicable.
