About the Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Spiritual Care Professional to join our team at Cook Children's Medical Center. As a Pediatric Chaplain, you will provide spiritual leadership and support to patients, families, and staff in a hospital setting.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pastoral care programs to meet the spiritual needs of patients and their loved ones.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being of patients.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and provide reports as required.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in Theology, Pastoral Care, Counseling, or related field.
  • CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) certification preferred.
  • Ordination or endorsement from a faith group, as applicable.
