Your Responsibilities:

As a Client Relations Associate, you will assist financial advisors and other staff members by managing a variety of tasks to ensure all interactions with clients and stakeholders are positive and efficient. You will collaborate across departments, viewing each interaction as an opportunity to forge lasting relationships. Your ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain attention to detail will be essential. Most importantly, this role is centered around building trust through every engagement, embodying integrity, care, and excellence.

Key Duties:
  • Initiate and monitor account transfers to and from various institutions, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Track and follow up on requests for the purchase of investment products such as mutual funds, stocks, and bonds.
  • Assist senior financial advisors in managing account openings and transfers for both new and existing clients, enhancing departmental efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Engage in daily account administration tasks to ensure deadlines are met and inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Act with Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of an active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 and 65 or 66 license, or the ability to obtain these within a specified timeframe.
