Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Denstat solutions is a leading consulting and educational organization that provides professional services in the development, validation, and implementation of professional standards and quality teaching initiatives. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to our engineering team, with a focus on document control, receptionist duties, and coordination of meetings and training seminars. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team, including document control, filing, and data entry
  • Answer phone calls, greet visitors, and manage mail and packages
  • Coordinate meetings and training seminars, including scheduling, setup, and lunch arrangements
  • Prepare welcome packets and update organization charts for new hires
  • Manage credit card reports, distribute to teams, and compile and check validity of information submitted
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business or equivalent field preferred
  • Two or more years of administrative support experience required; experience in an engineering firm preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
  • Previous experience with Meridian document control software preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills required
