Job Title: Senior BIM Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to join our team at SPC Mechanical. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing building information modeling (BIM) processes to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of MEP system knowledge, construction techniques, and special awareness.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and fundamental of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage BIM processes to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM models are integrated with other project data.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on BIM-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
