Key Responsibilities:
- Provide value as a client-partnering team member on various projects by gaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs and requirements.
- Employ the latest techniques in business analysis and software implementation methodologies.
- Expertly elicit requirements through interviews, document analysis, site visits, facilitated workshops, and more.
- Analyze and document business processes and software steps in SOPs and user guides.
- Provide feedback and updates on client and vendor-owned deliverables.
- Resolve and respond to client and vendor issues and requests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-3 Years Experience in customer-facing work or software implementation roles.
- Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills, including interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer group.
- Strong interest in consulting or technology industry.
- Willingness to perform occasional evening and weekend work.
- Must be willing to commute to Irvine, CA and various cities across California and the US, as needed.
