Your Role
As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales by delivering outstanding service to our clients. This involves building strong relationships, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a pristine and secure store environment. You will consistently meet personal performance targets that align with the overall objectives of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:
Achieve or surpass financial and credit goals while contributing to the store's success.

Client Engagement:
Deliver exceptional service by anticipating client needs and exceeding their expectations. Build lasting relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and effectively managing multiple tasks.

Operational Excellence:
Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring a client-focused approach in all tasks, including merchandise replenishment and store organization.

Technical Skills:
Demonstrate proficiency in using our sales systems and efficiently handle transactions.

Brand Representation:
Understand and communicate the unique aspects of our brand, including current promotions and product offerings. Maintain a professional appearance that aligns with our brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a sales role or relevant customer service position.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally and navigate the sales floor and stockroom effectively.
