We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to assist in all aspects of the Genoa mental health and specialty pharmacy, primarily through the dispensing of medical prescriptions and performing essential clerical tasks under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all consumers and clinic staff members.
  • Fill prescription orders and prepare them for verification under the direct supervision of the registered pharmacist.
  • Order, receive, and store incoming pharmacy supplies.
  • Process wholesaler medication orders.
  • Verify medication stock and maintain inventory records using computer systems.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacist to assist in pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations.
  • Perform various clerical duties related to the department.
  • Communicate effectively with strong verbal and written skills.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license or Pharmacy Technician trainee license in the state of Arizona.
  • Access to reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
  • 6+ months of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
