Primary Duties:
  • Engage in effective communication with residents and provide assistance as needed.
  • Fulfill all work orders or coordinate with residents to schedule appointments for service.
  • Collaborate with fellow custodians and housekeeping staff across the facility.
  • Be available for on-call emergencies and respond promptly.
  • Maintain carpets in all communal areas, including hallways and lobbies.
  • Perform vacuuming and shampooing as necessary.
  • Oversee the upkeep of all carpeted and tiled surfaces throughout the premises.
  • Assist residents and staff with the relocation of items when required.
  • Clean outdoor patios as instructed.
  • Ensure all public restrooms are cleaned and checked daily.
  • Polish floors as directed by management.
  • Carry out additional tasks as requested.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with carpet cleaning equipment and marble floor maintenance is advantageous.
  • Possession of a current or the ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
