As a Nurse Supervisor at Casa Real Center in Santa Fe, NM, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while ensuring the efficient operation of our nursing units. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to lead our clinical team and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with Genesis policies and procedures, practice standards, and regulations.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize overtime and agency personnel.
  • Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and employee development programs.
Requirements:
  • A graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university; BSN preferred.
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred.
  • One year in a management/administrative or supervisory capacity is preferred.
