About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner in our Express Care team provides exceptional patient care, working closely with physicians to deliver individualized, goal-directed nursing process based care and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement care plans
Requirements
  • Degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Vermont State Registered Nursing License
  • Health Care Provider BLS certification
