Select Medical is a leading provider of critical illness recovery services, seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator to join our team in Charleston, West Virginia.

About the Role

We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate professional to oversee the clinical operations of our Critical Illness Recovery Hospital. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive high-quality, personalized care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to nursing staff to ensure that all patients receive evidence-based care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate nursing staff to optimize performance and achieve departmental goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of West Virginia.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Charge Nurse or House Supervisor.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, including Joint Commission and OSHA guidelines.
Benefits and Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings plan, we also provide opportunities for professional growth and development through ongoing education and training programs.
