Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to our clinical staff, coordinating patient scheduling, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a basic understanding of ophthalmology and retina terminology. This position requires strong customer service skills, ability to manage phone calls efficiently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $17-$21 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical insurance, vision, dental, 401(k), and life insurance.
