Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team in North America. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of our services, and driving customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers

  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction and service delivery
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the data center or IT industry
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
