Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on sales and use tax matters to clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement sales and use tax strategies to minimize clients' liabilities and maximize tax savings.
  • Lead and manage complex sales and use tax consulting projects, including nexus studies, exposure quantification, and voluntary disclosures.
  • Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality tax advice and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and use tax consulting, preferably in a public accounting or consulting firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of sales and use tax laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project management and critical thinking skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments.
