  • Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, and mitigate risks associated with transformation initiatives.

Requirements
  • Track record of leading and managing large-scale transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Developing strategic plans, analyzing complex situations, identifying key issues, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Experience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate results-based impact of previous transformation programs.
  • Operator mindset: Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational efficiency.
  • Quote-to-cash Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process.
  • Revenue Operations Leadership: Extensive experience in leading Revenue Operations to optimize revenue.
