Our team of experienced health and fitness experts offers personalized coaching, group training sessions, and educational programs to promote overall well-being.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Wellness and Health Coach to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized wellness plans, conduct health risk assessments, and provide guidance on healthy habits and lifestyle changes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual health risk assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement personalized wellness plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and group training sessions to support clients in achieving their health goals
  • Offer education and resources on healthy habits and lifestyle changes
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a health or fitness-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Nationally accredited Personal Training certification or above
  • Experience conducting health risk assessments and developing wellness plans
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-high school education or experience in health promotion, fitness, or wellness
  • Experience working with diverse populations, including pediatrics to geriatrics
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
Physical Demands

The Wellness and Health Coach position requires the ability to:

  • Lift up to 60 pounds (Floor to Waist: 0-36')
  • Squat and stand frequently
  • Walk and rotate trunk while sitting and standing
Salary Range

$45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
