Front Desk Coordinator

As a key member of the Community Health Systems team, the Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for patients, doctors, and visitors. This role is responsible for the patient check-in process, check-out collection process, and primary telephone attendant duties, including relaying incoming and interoffice calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assume responsibility for primary telephone attendant duties, including relaying incoming and interoffice calls.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
Requirements:
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
