Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our nonprofit clients. You will work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients, provide training, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide white-glove customer service to our nonprofit clients
  • Onboard new clients, including sending and acquiring new client applications, coordinating with merchant acquirers, and updating Salesforce
  • Perform phone, webinar, and onsite training for new clients on processing tools and reporting
  • Provide phone and email support for high-profile clients
  • Analyze and resolve account issues, including account reconciliation, equipment/gateway/integration troubleshooting, and refund requests
  • Initiate maintenance requests and ensure account changes are completed to specification
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED and 6 years of relevant experience
  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
  • Bankcard industry experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • A passion for the nonprofit sector
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of First American, iATS Payments, and third-party acquirer workflow, policies, procedures, and systems
