About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced administrative professional to join our dynamic team at Jobot. This is a permanent, part-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, serving as the first point of contact for clients and ensuring all procedures and policies are adhered to.
  • Manage the administrative tasks, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure the team operates at its highest potential.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure all administrative matters are handled efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Assist with budget preparation and planning processes.
  • Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded, filed, and reported.
  • Implement and maintain procedures/administrative systems.
  • Liaise with staff, suppliers, and clients.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in invoicing and other financial procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
Salary Range:

$60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on location and experience.
